Rooms to Go Kids

Went in to purchase a sleeper sofa and possibly a new living room set. Waited for my husband to get there with my credit card and to make sure he liked what I was buying. This is when it all went south. Salesperson will not give me a commitment on an a.m. or p.m. delivery even though I explain to her this is for my husband who is having surgery and it needs to be a.m. on one day and p.m. on another day...up to her to schedule what day. She WILL NOT give me a time. I ask to speak to her manager. HE WILL NOT commit to a.m. or p.m. either and won't even agree to speak to their dispatch person until I pay in full (for something I'm not sure I'll receive on time or when I'm even at home). I tell this guy I'm not paying for anything until he can tell me if they are going to deliver in the morning or in the evening. I ask him if they are in business to sell furniture because at this point they don't seem very interested. I'm about to drop around $3K-$4K on furniture and he won't do what it takes to make the sale. If I were getting the delivery free I don't think I'd have much room to complain but the delivery is NOT FREE...I am paying for it and I live 3 miles from their store...3 miles away and they can't tell me if they truck can be their in the morning or evening. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. After seeing other reviews I can guarantee you'll get no service once they have your money.

Don't do it! I bought a sectional couch 2 years ago from Rooms To Go and it broke (split in half)2 years later. We are by no means big or overweight (120 lbs and 180 lbs). I will NEVER buy furniture from here again!
