Paul Davis Emergency Services of the Galleria, TX

On 09-17-21 Paul Davis called me at least 4 times from the receptionist, manager, supervisor, and technician. "Oh we are Allstate's providers. We ASSURE you your house will be repaired." I wanted to wait a couple of days and think on it. I was pressured and told things that never happened. They tore my house apart on Friday and did not return till Tuesday. They came to get the fans and humidifiers but did not provide me with an invoice, when they would start on the work, or anything. I would be left with a torn up house and they would be gone .I informed them that when they could honor their part of what they told me was going to happen; I would release the fans and humidifiers. I have never seen so much lying. They informed me that it was up to Allstate to provide the invoice; Allstate said just the opposite .I was the customer with the torn up house!!! Don't use this company or you will be sorry!!! Please don't end up like me. I have to find another contractor to do the work that they promised would be done. Wednesday, I informed them to come and get their material. Good things can't come to someone that does you wrong. My search is on to repair my house. They pressured me to get my business, then they left me when they tore my house up!!! I couldn't find them when they had torn the house up. What a 360!!!!!!!!
