Nu-Again

The work was really poorly done. When I called to complain, I was told by Catherine that it would be taken care of. The owner is a scam artist and does not listen to what his customers ask.

Nu-Again just re-finished my 14 yr patio. They did an excellent job! Attention to detail and keeping surrounding foliage clean was very well done. Over the years I have done this myself, but their workmanship far exceeded my expectations! Work completed on time as agreed. Will use them again!

Nu-Again did a fantastic job refinishing my brick paver patio. My patio had not been well maintained over the last five years and I was not sure what to expect. After the crews finished, my expectations were blown away. The brick pavers look better now than when new.

This band of misfits (because I refuse to use the word 'company' when describing them) are all crooked for all I am concerned. I set up an appointment for 'Not-Again' to renew my second level wooden balcony. They collected my deposit and came to simply power wash the balcony when I wasn't even home. On the second visit they sent high school teenagers to paint over the balcony even though there was still rust, mold and corrosion. I called the main office to explain that painting over all the problems will not fix anything in the long run. I sat on the phone for over an hour trying to get my deposit back, while they treated extremely disrespectfully. My only regret is not doing my research before I hired these thieves. I urge you to read the reviews, and avoid them like the plague unless you want to be taken for a $500 shower for your balcony or deck. I hope these unethical, incompetent, ignorant, unsuitable, untrustworthy, wannabe business men get what they deserve in the future.

Very unprofessional company, did a horrible job, missed lots of spots, painted the siding and never came back to fix it, also spray painted and killed my plants around the deck. Would never recommend this company to anybody !!!!

Spoke to the RUDEST woman after contacting this company. Called for an estimate and she told me "they'd be by", I asked for a timeframe or day so I could unlock the gate, we have a locked gate due to a swimming pool in our yard, she was so rude, said " we won't be able to help you then!" Send she HUNG UP!!

we are very pleased with the final results of the deck sealling. We want to thank all the men who worked hard preparing the deck with washing, sanding and the final sealing. It looks great. Thanks

Nu Agains crews did a very good job of cleaning, sanding and sealing our deck, pergola and brick pavers. Despite delays caused by seven straight days of rain, the job was done to our satisfaction. Nate was very responsive to our concerns and provided excellent customer service.

Professional, courteous, thorough and neat. Price is competitive.

Nu Again cleaned and stained our gazeb and small bridge on the side of our house. The Gazebo has not looked this good since it was new and we enjoy using it more than we ever have. We have told our friends and neighbors about the great job we received and how happy we are. Highly recommend.

The guys that came out to finish my deck were great and very accomadating. The deck looks really good with the new coating they put on. Highly Recommend.

Nu Again deck and fence did a terrific job on ourt deck. In particular the two men who did the restaining of the dean and railings were simply terrific. They were very careful where the white met the brown deck. A job well done.

DECK WAS RESTORED TO LIKE NEW AGAIN. WE HAVE A 20 YEAR OLD DECK THAT WAS NEGLECTED BY THE PREVIIOUS OWNERS AND WERE AMAZED AT THE RESULTS. THE GUYS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL FROM START TO FINISH.
