Staff is very friendly and accommodating—when they're available.

When payments got flubbed up (nobody's fault), they were good to clean things up for us (such as applying an accidentally doubled payment to the next month).

Construction is new (built in the Spring of 2017, I think), but pretty much bare minimum: there is only ONE sheet of wallboard between units (studs are exposed on one side); roofing and joists are exposed—there is no insulation or wallboard covering the ceiling joists. There is only one layer of separation to the outside and to the other units, all the way around.

Whoever designed them probably measured without taking into consideration the width of walls, the width of the back wall, or space needed for the pull-down doors. Because of that, the space advertised as 10' x 10' is actually several inches short of that, in both dimensions. ACTUAL FLOOR SPACE is really about 9' 7 1/2" wide x 9' 2" deep. It's may be 9' tall at the tall end (I haven't measured), but it slants with the slant of the roof.

I strongly recommend you measure before committing, to make sure the slightly smaller measurements will work for you. (We had to do some fiddling to make them work for us.)

Even though we had nothing edible in our unit, we had lots of problems with MICE (not too much of a surprise given that it is next to some vacant fields and Harward Farm's crop fields). Still, be forewarned: DON'T store anything like food in them, put poison and/or rodent motels in your unit, and check/replace them often—especially in the winter.

You're supposed to be able to pay through the keypad at the entrance, but it doesn't work well. However, they finally have web payments set up, so payment that way is pretty convenient.

Looks like they're adding on (Summer 2018).

Location is convenient to a freeway exit (as well as to Deseret Industries! ;-)

Many sizes of units to choose from. Great location, easy access from the freeway. Managing staff is very nice and easy to work with.
