Clear Creek Land Surveying, LLC was established in February of 2003 employing the same key personnel of Douglas C. Myers, P.L.S., P.C. In January 2004, we moved to our present Springville location and in February 2009 proudly opened a satellite office in Belfast, Allegany County, New York. We offer boundary line determination and marking utilizing total stations, electronic data collection and Global Positioning Systems.In addition to boundary and residential work we also specialize in construction survey and stakeout. All layout and locations are performed employing state of the art equipment including:
