        The nurse who initial take your information will write false information on your medical records. Then when you discuss this correction with the manager and tell you they will send you the corrected records. You follow up that you didn't receive the medical records and the manager that you talked to no longer works in that office then tell you your medical record can not be corrected. Stay away from this place if you care about your health.
