        Poor Staff

        They have a decent selection of items, but the staff isn't very good. When I called, I was transfered a couple of times before I got the answer to my simple question. When I went to the store, the manager was rude and not friendly in the least. And, what manager (or any employee for that matter) goes to work in ripped jeans? If I knew that I could find my particular party supplies at another place, I would have put all my items back and left. Only one of maybe 5 staff members in that store was friendly.
