Purchased a demo Vizio LED screen from best buy Reston which didnt work. I tried to return it to the other store in Springfield within the warranty period. They didnt take their own broken product back. They had me to return to another store (where I originally bought it). Locations are supposed to be convenience for the customers.No regards for customer time and rude store manager. I wasted around 45 minutes at the customer service alone and then had to go to Reston from Springfield.Reston store took it back but with hesitation. And my LED was with in the warranty period.
