THE WORST PLACE EVER TO DO BUSINESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had been working with Maria and her Fin manager Dave, I was told beforehand to come in and it would be no problem to get me in the car I had chosen......I had recently been discharged from a BK and was trying to establish credit....I was told that she herself and her manager had been there before and understood and had banks that work with you with no money down or little to nothing...I knew that my interest rate would be a little higher, but it was ok because I was reestablishing my credit. I did the application on-line and was asked to do another in person, after running my credit she told me that her manager Dave said that it would be no problem, made my appointment and came up there on the 4th of July.....Her manager had to suddenly leave understood....but then she told me that I should wait for him to return and work on it, which he did.....they ran my credit with 16 different banks and still no car, because the approval they wanted me to take was not going to get me into any decent car......I had a pre-approval for up to $30,000....they sold the Cadillac I wanted and then I looked at a Chrysler 300C and she said the Cadillac would have worked but not the Chrysler and they were the same price....I didn't find out about the inquires until the next morning when my credit monitor said I had 16 inquires.....for someone who has been through what I have why would they run my credit that amount of times when I was told they had a couple(2) that they worked with......I am so upset!!!! They lie and do whatever they need to do to get your to purchase a vehicle from them....Sent her emails asking why they ran my credit like that and I have gotten no response and this is the third email.....Buyers beware!! Go to someone who is a replicable business, I know that is what I will be doing once I get the inquires on my credit report straightened out.....There are plenty of good car dealerships that will help someone out of bk get into a good car.....I am going to build my credit up a bit more......

By far the most unprofessional dealership around. I bought a used car 2 months ago, it was in a prior accident on the front right of the car. Carfax didn't show the previous owner had the car fixed, but the Sales man told me their mechanic looked and said the car is in "good" condition, and from the outside it was. He assured me the car is under a dealership warranty for 2 months. After two days of sitting there from 12pm - close back to back, I bought the car as I felt safe with what the salesman had told me in regards to the car, and I had desperately needed one ASAP. Turns out that when I received the registration paperwork in the mail, the car was NOT in good condition and is marked in "fair" condition. After a horribly disappointing and drawn out sale and receiving the news I was lied to about the condition of the car sitting in my driveway, barely 2 months later the engine light came on and there was a burning smell coming from the engine. I called Conicelli asking them what to do and since my car had the warranty how to get it to them and if they have rentals/courtesy cars while they look at the problem.. The receptionist at 8AM told me to "call back later when more sales people are here". I called and left a message to the sales man who sold me the car. Meanwhile with two babies I'm the car, I called my local dealer Thompson Toyota in Doylestown and my car was checked in, on the lift, I had a FREE rental all within a 20 minutes! I was already back at work for 30 minutes by the time Conicelli called back and left a voicemail saying to "give them an hour or so to look into this" and they'll get back to me with information to get me scheduled and they do not have rentals unless its a warranty issue, to "get a ride", and I'd have to pay to have my car towed there. Oh and my car? The results: the engine is sucking up all of the oil and my strut was completely blown. Apparently Conicelli won't fix the strut because it's "not part of the warranty", you know, the warranty the salesman reassured me that the car was "completely covered" for those 2 months. When I had told the salesman what was wrong with the car and about the warranty he told me he "DIDN'T actually know the parts of the car and doesn't know exactly what is covered but he wanted to make it right and would look into it", so when he sold me the warranty he KNOWINGLY misled me to believe the car was completely covered when IT'S NOT!!!! a day later and I still have NO answer, and in the most sarcastic voice from the service manager "well, you did ONLY buy a used car, not a certified". If I could, I would give this rating ZERO stars. By far a nightmare buying the car, being lied to about the condition and about the warranty, and now a nightmare of repairs to pay for only two months after buying an overpriced car. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! They pulled me in with "well you have bad credit, we can help you", well ANY dealership can!!! Thompson in Doylestown by far more professional and cares more about their customers!!!

Rob Addis was a great salsesperson to work with. He handled all aspects of my purchase and trade-in with fairness and honesty. I am very happy with the purchase experience at Conicelli Toyota Springfield and would highly recommend it to anyone considering purchasing a new Toyota. Thanks again for making my purchasing experience a good one. Rich Asselta, Newtown Square, PA

PS. I love my new Prius, too!

When we were shopping around f...

When we were shopping around for the new Toyota Yaris we sent out the request for Dealer quotes through Edmunds, MSN, AAA search engines. It did send one to this dealership though it is a 90 minute drive for me. What a lucky break it was..

We were very particular about the model and color of the Yaris. All my local dealers were pushing what they had in inventory and had the attitude take-it-or-leave-it. We were taken aback by this attitude and started to go for Honda Fit or Hyundai Elantra. But my daughter was keen on Yaris. From what I heard they did not have a margin to work on Yaris as it was fully manufactured in Japan - unlike the Corollas and Camrys.

Enter Jim Payne and Joe. We had ONE telephone conversation. He offered to get me the vehicle and offered me a price that I could not turned down - despite the 90 minute drive. He also worked with me to get my daughter finance her OWN first car, he worked the details out. On a working day, we drove there - the car was ready - paper work was taken care of with personal attention. He had to work with the insurance company to ensure that the policy reflected it correctly. Got us a very good rate for the loan. I wish it was the 0% deal!

There was no attempt to switch to another car - which I saw in most of the places. Others invite you for Yaris and then try to dump a Corolla on you. There was no attempt on high pressure sales tactics to sell extras. This is my sixth new vehicle and this was the best experience I EVER had. It was a breath of fresh air after all the slimy NJ dealerships. Once we walked out of a dealership because they were forcing/manipulating us with credit terms, credit-life insurance etc etc. There were no such attempts in this place.

To be truthful, I would have paid more to get this kind of service. I was planning to show/educate my daughter how to negotiate with a car sales person, their way of walking back and forth to their managers, making up extras and so on - but that education was lost here because of their straight forward approach. No haggling, No let-me-talk-to-my-manager and playing with numbers. Typically they will show you how much the MSRP is, what the invoice is and confuse the heck out of a person by throwing in other options. Nothing of that sort here.

Joe Unterkofler is an amazing individual. He has so much patience. I think that comes only when one loves their job. Even after the sale was done, I got calls, got inquires both from Jim Payne and Joe Unterkofler. My plate was Fed Ex -d to me. Only hiccup is, I wish they had mailed a frame and mounting screws along with it as NJ requires a front plate also. Hopefully they read this and send me a mounting frame and tap-in screws. :)

I would be recommending them to my friends and colleagues. Ask for Joe U (not that others are bad) - you will be guaranteed with a great service.

Concelli Organization should feel proud of having such a service oriented individual.

I would not recommend this dealer. My title had the incorrect spelling of my name, which the dealer submitted, and one year later the dealer has still not corrected it. I have been told numerous times they are dealing with the state and yet the title is still not correct. I am up for renewal and cannot renew due to the incorrect name.
