welcomed when I walk in, and all the staff are easy to be around...I have gone to them for several years now, and would never think of changing. I'm glad they're there ! Brandon has been great. ..he takes time to help me understand what's in this little black box.

wel i went in to get my old computer cleaned out cause it was running really slow from virus that were downloaded on my computer. they were able to get it done in a timely manner and cleaned-up while i was there i decided to check out some of thier towers they had displayed in the store i asked if they could build one that could suit my daily task so we sat down and discussed a few options on the things i needed it to do for me and it didnt take long to figure out which one i wanted custom built in store and you get to know the ones that build them so you deal with the same person each time you go so no guessing games on who built it

i have recieved nothing but friendly and profession service at practical computers. they have always sovled my computer issues.

This shop botched one job and overcharged me on another... They did not do as promised (potentially compromised my data and recovered someone else's!) On the other job they overcharged me; $25 over the competition for the same exact work...I complained and got? Terrible customer service (tech got all frustrated and stomped out of the store!) and a feeling that now they had my money so good luck! Conclusion: AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!
