Worst Experience Ever! Purchased a new Ogio book bag for $149.99 in the store, got home and did some research and learned i had payed top dollar for this item. Most retailers had it listed between $119.99-$129.99. I figured since i spend thousands of dollars there every year that they might price match this item. Brandon Johnson (Store Mgr) walked over to the cashier that said she would be more than happy to match it but had to get a Mgr...Brandon then looked it over on the other websites and said I'm not matching that and walked away. I then followed him to ask him his name and why he was not matching this item (That's their policy/ not mine) ..he then turned to me and said the name is Brandon, Brandon Johnson if you need the full name and then proceeded to walk away again. I just cant believe the customer service i was given. Brandon Johnson is not Mgr worthy... i will never be using best buy again and I'm closing My best Buy account as we speak!
A NIGHTMARE! Pastore's Geek Squad is disorganized and incompetent. They ended up insisting on taking my power cord when a computer was repaired and never replaced it. I was on the phone for two and a half hours trying to get in contact with this store which refuse to answer the telephone. They did not take responsibility for nor replace my power cord. This location is horribly managed.
