        I called on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. I was asked if i could wait till Tuesday, and i told them i couldn't even wash my hands in the sink without water backing up. They showed up within a half hour and cleaned the drain in less than 20 minutes. I am very happy i chose to use their service, and will definitely refer them to all my friends and family.
