Some of the employees do not understand their job very well. A customer should be greeted with a smile and a hello welcome to McDonald's. When are you going to put the American flag back on the flag pole? It hasn't flown for at least three months.

I ordered 2 coney dogs, one with only coney sauce and one with coney sauce and mustard only. When I got home, both of them has onions on them... I can't stand raw onions.
I went to Dairy Queen at 215 E. Home Rd. Springfield, Ohio. I ordered a mini Jurassic Park blizzard. After taking one bite I noticed something tasted funny. The cookie dough was freezer burnt. I politely brought this to the manager's attention. She told me I was wrong, that there was no way it tasted bad. I simply asked for a different flavor blizzard or my money back since I was unsatisfied. The manager refused and walked away. I asked again to speak with the manager and ten minutes later she returned up from screaming that she had called the store owner and that he could take care of my concern. Mind you, I am being as polite as I can be knowing it's no ones fault in particular, I just was not satisfied. After about 15 minutes the owner showed up, his name was Tony, and had the exact same rude attitude towards me. All I was asking was that I be satisfied with the money I had spent. I was again refused any sort of assistance with this. After discussing the situation with the manager for about 10 minutes and realizing I was getting nowhere, I left the store with the store without the blizzard that I had taken one bite of and I was out the money that I had paid for this. I have worked customer service my whole life and have never seen anyone treat a paying customer so poorly. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I was given.
The lady told me at Dairy Queen that she could not remake the banana split unless I pay another $3.69 but then I told her no I am NOT paying the money again for something that they got wrong I told her it was poor customer service to argue with the customer then she said that she will give me my money back so I guess the joke is on her I got my money back and she got a banana split that she can't resell
I wish i could give this restaurant no stars it is dirty, the management are hateful, our food was literally old ,gross, called for hours about our order was hung up on 6 times finally gave up corporate not much better! The restaurant is a must clean out horrible never been treated so rude in my life!!
This restaurant is so slow ,workers very unprofessional the inside was dirty, order was wrong, phone rang busy for over 3 hours HORRIBLE
We need a McDonalds in our area. What is called McDonalds on Derr rd, Springfield OH is a sham. Wait in line forever, get to order finally and then told they are out of it. Then you have to wait in line just to drive on through, because you cannot exit the line.
