The first thing that caught my eye in this beautifully decorated facility was at check in. On the counter behind the check in area stood a Holy Bible. Wow big plus. The check in was very quick and efficient. Walked to the room...it was georgous. The room was huge, the beds high enough that you didn't feel as if you were sitting on the floor, plenty of pillows and...yes you guessed it. on the desk, open to a Psalms passage was a Holy Bible. Breakfast was also very good. Everything about this facility was wonderful. I can't wait to go to that area and stay there again. Thanks for making it great!!

We had a clean, good-smelling, totally smoke-free room, a nice breakfast, and very friendly greeting from the staff. What a nice place to stay and great location. The bed was very comfortable also. We did not use the inside pool, but it looked clean and inviting. The check-in manager saw my husband using a cane and immediately changed us to a lower level floor without us even asking about it. I also appreciated having a Bible behind the check-in counter and an open one in our room. A bonus (for me) was that a geocache was hidden right across the street. :)
We have stayed at this hotel for a number of years each time we decide to stop in Springfield Missouri on a trip. It is located on the south side of Springfield Missouri. Quiet location with very reasonable price. We require a handicapped accessible room and have always found one here. Very comfortable rooms with refrigerator and microwave and free wireless internet access. Free breakfast has always been great here. there are a couple of restaurants in the small business area down the street but many restaurants and Sam's Club for gas are relatively close.
This hotel was clean, the attendants were helpful, and my room was roomy and didn't smell weird. Wifi was pretty fast and didn't incessantly force me to re-log in, which is a huge plus. Fridge was already cold, microwave was clean and plenty of towels were in the bathroom. From a lodging perspective, I'd give this hotel five out of five stars. Checkout consisted of leaving your key cards in the room and calling the front desk. I LOVE THIS.Breakfast bar was suprirsingly good and they had these cheese and egg taco things that were the diggity-bomb (yo).
I stayed in the Springfield Quality Inn, and I was very pleased. We had a whirlpool suite. It was clean and the water was nice and hot. It wasn't terribly loud like some are. The WiFi was really good and fast. The best part though was the breakfast. It was the biggest variety I have seen from a folded egg that had cheese inside, to an automatic pancake maker machine where you could choose from 4 different sizes, push a button and out comes a pancake a few minutes later. My daughter was ecstatic.
We have stayed at this hotel many times. We have always had a good experience with the hotel staff, breakfast, and quality of the rooms. This time there was a problem with the heating/cooling system. It stopped working and the hotel was fully booked. The assistant manager had a new system in stock. With the help of my husband, he replaced the old one with the new one. It cooled the room right away.We would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay in Springfield, MO.
This was a wonderful place for the money. Very clean updated room, with comfortable mattress. Microwave/fridge in room with large enough to see LCD tv and free wireless Internet. Free breakfast includes biscuits, omlet bar (small but still there), sausage, gravy that taste good, waffle maker with toppings to put on your waffle, and the usual cereal, Danish bread etc. Decent price for all you get. If I come back to Springfield, I will deffinately stay here again.
Stayed here several times, its hard to get a room with a fridge, was charged extra for it 2 times. Pretty clean loud air conditioning. Owners just walk in sometimes if u leave door unlocked. Strange family. They like to burn insence that smells weird. Weekly rates available but high. Beds where too firm. Sometimes trouble with no hot water in showers. Also can be kind of noisey on weekends. It dose have a pool out in front of office. Ice machine worked OK.
This is very nice hotel, very clean, comfortable beds, exceptional breakfast. The location is ok, just off the expressway but located in sort of an industrial park. There are several restaurants nearby so you dont have to go far to eat. We would stay here again if we are back in the area. They had a pancake maker which is something I have not seen at this type of hotel before, it was a great change from the usual breakfast items.
The hotel is clean and quiet. There is no elevator since there are only two floors. That wasn't a problem because my kids prefer the stairs to elevators anyway. The staff is very friendly and the pool is the warmest we've visited in a while. It's a small pool, but it wasn't at all crowded and the water is perfect! The hotel is a little hard to get to if you aren't familiar with the area, but it is like a little hidden gem.
