Terrible service. My wife and I had phones worked on and they damaged both of our phones. My wife's rear camera on her Iphone 6+ was replaced and the next day her camera above her screen had a blurry border. They told her that the two cameras were not close to each other and had no way of being affected. We showed them time stamped photos with the front camera showing the difference pre and post repair and they denied that the two were related. On my Iphone 5s I got the battery replaced and a similar occurrence happened. The very next day my wifi antenna quit working. I took it in and again they stated they weren't next to each other in the phone and were unrelated. They were quick to offer quotes for a new camera and new wifi antenna. Coincidence that our phones were "repaired" on the same day and another issue just happened to "pop" up the next day after repair? You be the judge, don't take your phone here, the lower prices are due to shoddy workmanship and horrible after work warranty care. I will never go back.

I booked a 2 day stay in Branson through Marketing one for my family about a month ago. I called and confirmed my reservation before my trip. Yesterday(sunday) i arrived with my family (wife and 2 kids) , only to find out i had no reservation. Since it was a sunday , no one could be reached. I paid out of my pocket for the one night , giving Marketing One the benifit of the doubt. Here we are , day 2 as of 10:25 am , i still have no reservation for my family even after i reached out to Marketing One at 9am........soooo once again i have to shell out another 100+ dollars for another nights stay in Branson for the sake of my family instead of driving the 3.5 hours back to Independence , Missouri........im still waiting for an explanation as well as a resolution and when i get one , ill be sure to post that also........HELL YEA IM PISSED , ......but God finds a way!!

My 11 year old daughter had received 2 phone calls on her cell from the FF store #7 and I called to let the store know that it was a wrong number in case they were trying to reach someone different and had the wrong info. I called in the evening 5:15 on 10/28/15 and Ed answered the phone. He asked if he could put me on hold and I said I just had a quick question and he said "you're just going to have to wait" and laid the receiver down. I could hear him talking to customers and helped at least 3 before getting back on the phone. He wasn't very friendly to me or when speaking to the other customers. I let him know my daughter's number had been called and asked if he could pass on the info that it wasn't a contact number for who ever they were trying to reach and he told me it wasn't his problem and that I needed to call back tomorrow and talk to Lisa the manager. I then asked if he could take down the number and leave Lisa a note and he said "I don't know anything about a phone call or number . I don't want to know anything so call back and talk to Lisa since she's the manager and I'm just a cashier." I told him he wasn't very good at customer service and that I would most defiantly call back and talk to the manager.

This is the best store in Springfield for just about anything cell phone related. I just got my iPhone 5c repaired and they did it while I waited - 10 minutes! I also bought a new case and a glass screen protector for it. Wow. Do they ever have a good selection! They also carry phones for lots of carriers. I recommend Wireless Trendz highly!

DO NOT get the biscuits and gravy. Their idea of gravy is a gravy soup and it's disgusting. Especially when the biscuits have been soaking in the soup for who knows how long.Never again. I will never buy from this place again.
