We were repeat customers. Very satisfied in 2005, not one complaint. We expected the same this time. This time we were deemed unreasonable with requests. Overall job turned out fine, but details were not attended to in the end after repeated attempts to get them remedied. Timeline was not prompt, after being told in April would start in a few weeks, took 2 months to arrive, granted, we did have a lot of rain, the job took a month to finish. Last call was to get sub standard part changed out for new. Workers did not clean up well after themselves, nails everywhere. Scott became very rude upon last call and did not even want listen to what we needed fixed. When he had heard enough he just hung up on us.
Joshua Deatherage is to be avoided. He doesn't pay his sub-contractors or employees. He over promises, over charges, and under delivers. He is quick to put his hand out for a check, and slow to communicate, show up for work, or keep a commitment. I should have remembered that people who have to tell you they are honest rarely are. I should have seen the writing on the wall when he sends a $200,000 bid through a text message. Do yourself a favor and find someone else.
