Shannon's Custom Florals

I was so extremely irate about my wedding bouquet from Shannon's Custom Florals. I asked for a bouquet with succulents, brought several pictures with me to my appointment with Shannon, and left feeling assured that she was comfortable working with succulent-type plants. In fact, she told me she had worked with them before. Low and behold, when the bouquets showed up on my wedding day, the succulent plants she used were FAKE, PLASTIC plants, as in the kind you could find 50% off at Hobby Lobby. I'm sorry, but a professional florist, especially one who charged me over $600, should NEVER use fake plants. If you want your wedding bouquet to be original or non-traditional, don't use her. She can't do anything but roses and grass loops.
