Plainview Park

Just renewed my 12th year renting thru Plainview park. Very nice spacious apt, quiet and safe. Helpful staff and Great neighborhood. Happy living here.

Just signed a lease for my 6th year at Plainview. Quiet area of town, just a 10 or 15 minute drive from downtown Springfield. Easy highway access and convenient location for grocery stores and restaurants. Great management and upkeep of the property. Very spacious, affordable one bedroom apartment with vaulted ceilings if you're on the top floor. Pet friendly.

Traffic in the mornings and evenings into town can get bad, but no other complaints about location.

I love living in these apartments. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the schools are good.

I’ve lived at Plainview Park for about 5 years. The staff there has been great and the property has been quiet. Staff is reliable and friendly.

Overall, Plainview Part is a decent apartment complex to live in. The location is great and it is affordable, which is what I was looking for. Although the buildings/units are somewhat dated, the staff does their best to keep up with the maintenance.
The amenities aren't fantastic by any means, maintenance requests can take a while to be taken care of and the grounds/hallways/stairwells are often in need of attention, but it is to be expected at this price point. I also understand that the parent company is currently experiencing a shortage of staff.
I would recommend living here to anyone who is looking for a convenient, accessible, and pet-friendly apartment complex to live in.

I’ve lived here for several years and am appreciative of the staff and quality of living I have here. There’s a reason I just signed for my fourth year. Appropriate rent pricing, great facilities, it’s the best place I’ve rented from hands down.

I just signed my 6th lease here at Plainview. It has been such a living great experience. The staff has always been so kind and helpful. I know I can count on them to get things done. This place is also very nice and quiet and everything I need is only minutes away!

I have lived at this complex for a year. The property manager Christian is the best, anytime you need help, before or after move in. Great location, and friendly neighbors.

As of this month, I have lived at Plainview Park for a year. Christian (as well as the rest of the maintenance) staff have been extremely helpful and welcoming. The property itself is well-maintained, has lots of great amenities and ample parking.
