Mitchem Tire

Very rude and ignorant!!! Hung up when I pointed out on of their mistakes, I guess since they already had my money they didn't care. Wouldn't acknowledge they were wrong.

the review below is biased... I have been done wrong one to many times. I sent my daughter in to get and alignment to her car and when she did to my amazement they tried selling her things she didn't need things like sensors the car doesn't even have. yes false sell... and regarding the reason she went there for the alignment that never got done correctly his response was blame it on tires. they are brand new and from the same tire guy I have been going to or years. so I took it back to my tire guy and he said there is nothing wrong with them and the alignment was done incorrectly. it now pulls worse then before it went in. and what mitchem didn't know is the car had bad tires on it before and they said they couldn't align it due to the wear of the tires and to put new tires so we did and now they blamed it on tires again. and the worse thing is I called the owner/manager and he said that he wouldn't refund nor offer to re align it. really? no customer humor or satisfaction offered. he refused to even remotely admit his guy didn't align it correctly or offer to re check the alignment. standing behind your tech is one thing to tell a customer oh well is another and to blow it off like you don't care is worse. if there was a negative star he would get it. he should of checked or at least offered to check the alignment again... this is unacceptable and outright wrong of a business.

We've known the owners as long as we've all lived in Springfield...gone to school with theirs kids who now help run it, and the family is super nice as well as great at what they do...great staff too!
