Overall

Guy took an over an hour to ge...

Guy took an over an hour to get here, when did gt here he was on the phone. We were told by twov previous companys that we had a cracked heat exchange. This guy didn't even have the equipment to look in there to see a crack and then told me there is no crack.Told me that he would email me a quote for new furnace. Good thing I'm not waiting on that email.
