ASC-Appliance Service Co Inc

In November I dropped off our kitchen oven and was told a technician would look at it and contact us with an estimate for repair. No one called. So we called them at least 4 different times. Each time we were told by the receptionist (who was pleasant) that the manager? was aware our calls and would respond. Finally 2 months later I went over and picked up the stove. They had no record of the applicance or me in thier computer and no tag on the stove.

It seems to me from what I could see they would rather do house calls and be paid for a service call then to fix items in shop.

They have a huge ad in the phone book, but the man I dealt with initially was the son in law and not the older man pictured in the ad.

Would not have trust in this business to fix my appliance in a timely manner.

They are under 2 different names in the online phonebook
