If you're not a regular, don't go. We were totally ignored by the bartender. She actually played shuffleboard instead of waiting on us.

Great Great Place! Every since they made all those changes it is a totally different experience than ever before
This was the worst place we have ever ate at. When we arrived the lights were so low that we had trouble reading the menu. Then the waitress was came over only to act as if we were inconveniencing her. We received our drinks and she made me feel rushed to order. The prices for the amount of food you received was outrageous. I had fish and chips for $10.99. I received 2 small fish and the rest was fries. My husband ordered a 19.99 steak and shrimp which again was not worth the price you paid. The service was bad and the food was not that good. We will never go back ever. There are a lot better places to eat. Do not waste your time and money. So that you know this is true the waitresses name was Marissa and we were there on Sunday at 5:09p.m. on 5/1/16.
Great place to just relax, listen to music, sing karaoke. Great drink prices. Friendly service. Have had many laughs and great conversation at Copper Road.
NOT only was there ZERO customer service, but I have never received ruder service in all my life!
I try to go to this bar at least a couple times a month. The bartenders are always friendly, they have shuffleboard, pool tables, & open mic. I've gone to karaoke at many different bars but bars I am picky about the sound. I was really impressed because their karaoke host on Friday really knows what he's doing! Great place with friendly folks.
This place is amazing!!! Everyone is friendly and talkative. The ages range from 21-61 but every visits with everyone else. If you are looking for a fun, friendly place I would recommend it. During the spring and fall they even have a fire pit they light!!!
This is the coolest new place. I loved it. Two full bars. Xbox, Playstation 3, Wii U; with all the new games. They also have a bunch of classic arcades. Galaga, Donkey Kong, Time Crisis 3, Tekken... And the Hydokyn shot is a must try, (flaming bluberry)!!
The food is mediocre at best and the service was terrible. They claim to have a "Kobe Beef" burger which is in fact a frozen patty of low grade beef, the sushi tastes similar in quality to grocery store sushi, and the pasta was oily and wattery from grease and had clearly been microwaved based on the cottage cheese like consistancy. We came in as a large group of 16 for a birthday and it took nearly 20-30 minutes to seat us after our reservation time. Then they waited 10 minutes to bring us water. Two people from our group got their drinks and food before we even received our wine. We were at this terrible restaurant for over 3 hours. We discussed our concerns with the food to our waitress and she told us "That's not my fault, I didn't cook it". After talking to the snotty waitress we asked her to bring over the manager and after asking 4-5 times he finally arrived at our table only to tip-toe around the issues. This was by far THE worst service and food I have ever experienced. The best part of the night was eating dinner elsewhere.I would strongly urge you to dine elsewhere.
I was a fairly regular customer at the Albatross until lately. Twice I have been there and left feeling either taken advantage of or played for a fool. The first time, one of the employees must have felt that my friends and I weren't smoking quick enough. He started smoking from our tobacco, claiming it tasted harsh and he only wanted to ensure the quality of our product. I would have gone with it if it hadn't been that he didn't actually DO anything but huff from it and shake the water jar. The second bad experience I had was last Friday night. We arrived early enough to either secure a seat or get on the waiting list. An employee posted on the door gave us the quickest brush off, telling us that there was not going to be room for a party of 6 for an hour and a half (we told him we didn't mind breaking up he found another excuse); we asked to be put on the call list, he brushed this off by telling us they don't do that and its first come first serve. I told him they'd done it recently (and every time before) and he said it was a brand new rule, just started that night. Real convenient. Honestly, I could have just brushed it off if it wasn't for the curt, brush off he was giving us. It was clear they didn't want "our" business. I really liked the Albatross--the atmosphere is great, it wonderful to smoke in doors with friends, and everyone use to be chill; however, I will never go back and neither will any of my friends. I've bought my own Hookah online and will just invite everyone to my house. Its sad--I like supporting local business
