        Overall

        Tech Effective is totally customer-focused. They do everything possible to make it easy for the customer. For example, they've sent me links to sites for products they recommend where I can get the best price, they have on-line scheduling/electronic billing, and they have weekend and evening hours. In addition, they are always delightful, knowledgeable, and fast. I continually recommend Tech Effective to my colleagues and clients.

        Overall

        We attended a marketing webinar by Tech Effective after we got a post card from them about our online reputation. We're so grateful that we are now on top of building a five star reputation because we're already seeing an increase in phone calls after only a couple of months of work.
