        The food is awesome and this is one of the oldest restaurants in downtown Springfield. Chef Wayne is AWESOME, he'll join you for drinks (it's bring your own) and sometimes he'll surprise you with something special! Try the tuna that has been recently added as a special; it is delicious! Nothing bid on ambience, but the food makes up for the decor. Get there early or relax with a glass of wine, while you wait.

        This is one of the best restaurants in Springfield. Chef Wayne serves delicious Cajun/Creole food with bright distinctive flavors. The restaurant is small, friendly and cozy. You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages, which makes the cost a bargain. It has been popular since before Emeril made Louisana cooking so well known. TE

        Authentic taste in downtown Springfield! You won't find anything like this in the Pioneer Valley. You really won't be disappointed and you'll be back again, and again.

        Cajun Cooking at it's best

        Chef Wayne has put Springfield on the map for authentic down home food. From the pound cake to the gumbo, you're in for a real treat! Get there early for good seats.
