        Faithful customers VERY DISSAPOINTED

        We purchased a family program, FIVE phones with a two year contract. We have been faithful customers of AT&T for a long time. After 4 days our mom's Nokia cell phone began coming apart on the side. We took the hour trip back to the store to find they would not exchange it!!! We tried to work with them, can we pay the restocking and upgrade? "No, the phone is broke".



        NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! They didn't care even a tiny bit because they already made their money.



        I contacted corporate and they backed their store.



        Don't buy ANYTHING from this store; they only care about money and making money; the customer is NOT always right.



        There are two Verizon stores on Boston Road, go there!
