Great After Sale Service. I purchased a hot tub over three years ago from Atlantis. I had my first issue with the heater and a very cold weather snap was coming. Due to the severity of the issue, they were able to reschedule their time and fixed my hot tub that day. And on top of it, the warranty still covered 50% of the costs. Thanks.

This company will promise you many thing before you purchase but will never answer or return calls afterwards. I bought pool from here and was told that it will be installed before Momorial Day weekend. Made all the plans and the company or the installer never return our calls. I am still waiting!
