For over 20 years my passion has been helping people achieve the life and health they desire. Health is a precious possession that all men and women desire but is often not prioritized correctly and recovery is poorly planned. Optimal health slows the hands of time and invigorates the quality of life’s experiences. It has been my privilege to help thousands of people to transform their lives, achieve success and control the pain that once restricted their lives. Individuals, parents, small companies and Fortune 500 companies and all socioeconomic levels are affected by health However, there is a only a few who will take on the responsibility of their own health and it is my passion to ensure they succeed. I have been trained as a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine. A holistic form of healthcare that focuses on the optimal function of the neurological, muscular, hormone and organ system of the body. Determine the cause of dysfunction and designing solutions, rather than the management of symptoms through medication. As a board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, I also have extensive training in the medical management of acute conditions, as well as, chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, fibromyalgia, thyroid disorders, hormone replacement therapy and much more. My primary specialty focus is on improving preventative family health and improving the quality of care for chronic diseases. I utilize up to date evidence based medicine and protocols to ensure patients receive the best medical care available. Neither a company nor individual can follow the blue print of another to achieve greatness in life or health. My core strategy for creating phenomenal health transformations is the understanding of each person’s uniqueness in habits, metabolism, hormone balance, motivation, history and desires. Distilling their true health essence and then reshaping their lifestyles and habits to accelerate optimal health achievement by working smarter, not harder. My Educational Background I attended the University of Arkansas where I completed the majority of my undergraduate coursework. I earned Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and I received a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in St Louis, Missouri. I am board certified as a physician by the Arkansas Chiropractic Board of Examiners. My decision to attend chiropractic school was based on severe headaches that I suffered with in undergraduate school. After multiple rounds of diagnostic imaging and 1 ½ years of suffering he decided to take and chance on a chiropractic visit.Within 2 weeks the horrible headaches were gone and I changed from a medical school program to chiropractic. In addition, I have also earned Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Wayland Baptist University and hold an active RN License in Arkansas. I earned my Master of Nursing at one of the top 10 educational programs in the U.S.,the University of Alabama - Birmingham. I completed the Family Nurse Practitioner Masters program at the top of the class with a 3.89 gpa in order to provide more comprehensive healthcare through a multi-disciplinary approach utilizing the newest medications, holistic medicine and physical medicine. I am Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. I have served the communities of Northwest Arkansas for over 13 years. I was trained by the team chiropractors for the St. Louis Cardinals, Blues & Rams. In addition, I worked with one of the leading neurosurgeons in the area on conservative medical management of disc disorders and spinal injuries. I am also certified in Motor Vehicle Crash Forensic Risk Analysis by the prestigious Spine Research Institute of San Diego and has extensive training in Disability Impairment Rating. Having been trained in multiple areas of conservative management of vertebral, disc and neurological disorders, I bring my vast knowledge and experience into patient care.
