Kmart

Had a very bad experience at this location today and this was not my first time of it happening, took a item back in hopes of getting a exchange or in store credit, the item was a 34.00 dollar sale tag on it , and it was too small and was received as a gift. .. long story short, didn't get anything

I had a bad experience at this k mart in Springboro,Ohio and will NEVER go back. I got my lay away out and bought my daughter a new bike. After i received the bike i discovered this was not the bike i wanted to get. When i put the bike in lay away the gentleman had trouble finding the bar code and just grabbed a bike (well it was the wrong bike) They had problems finding a bike for me when i was trying to cash out my lay away and gave me the wrong bike and it had black stuff all over the wheels and was scrached up and dented. it also has a ton of gum all over the front. so i had to return it and get my money back. Christmas is almost here and now because of kmart my daughter will not get the bike under the tree this year. I do know i will never shop at kmart again.Someone else needs to open a lay away somewhere else. I promise they will make a lot of money doing so.It is sad k mart is the only department store who still has it, but i guess they have to get business somehow????????????
