This place does not know how to do business. Signed a contract to have my small lawn mowed in march and to start in april , they never showed up called.So i called them (this is my 1st phone call of many) they tell me they would be here today or next day , ok so i think everything is fine NOPE WRONG they do not show up call them again no answer i call them for a whole week they do not answer my calls or return my messages , ok so i use my cell phone and they pick right up and i get the same story we will come today or tomorrow , can you guess what happen's next?Yup they do not show up i call again and again for days they do not answer , lawn is now very long and im danger of getting fined by the city so i call the city ask if i can report bad business's and explain my story and they told me they do not know how to do business and i could hire someone else i am not liable for my contract since they did no work.All king had to do was return a phone call or pick up a phone a tell me they did not want to do the work and save my alot of time , i have a hill in front of my home that has scared off other lawn mower guy's only conclusion i can think of is that the hill scared king landcare since i still have not heard from the people that do not return phone call's of customer's.Hired a new place they came next day and you know what they picked up the phone i have called him 3 time's woo hoo!Thanks for nothing king landcare.
