Took in a brand new shirt and when I went to put it on, I noticed it was damaged. When I went back to get it fixed, (mind you, a very simple repair) the lady refused, gave me attitude, and blamed me. The rude attitude was not necessary as I was asking politely. I will not recommend this place to anyone as they failed to conduct proper business.
They do not do a good job with their alterations and they tell you that it's going to be ready one day but it isn't and they are way overpriced for the quality of work that they do. I will not be returning!
Pepper is one of the nicest, most gifted, beautiful persons in the business! She's polite and respectful. This facility is quiet and clean Always! Mishaps or problems are rectified immediately. Thanks for your service. You all take the horrendous labor out of doing laundry
I have used this cleaning service for over 2 years and this is my first problem. A pair of Rock Revival jeans from Buckle cost me $130 and they were my favorite pair. They have cleaned them maybe 4 or 5 times. However, this time I did NOT get them back. I know it was miscounted, misplaced or taken. Whichever word needs to be used..... basically. I am truly broken hearted and upset. They said I never gave them the jeans and there's nothing they can do. A few others on the google reviews had this same issue, I wish I had known that before becoming a customer. I will never return.
We have been their customers for over three years. We don't have any special, expensive jackets, just everyday simple clothing. Sometimes the pressing is not perfect, but considering the price they charge it is a good value. In addition, the personnel there is very friendly and accommodating. We have been happy with their work all this time.
Was late picking up my sons suits and shirts before he left for a trip. Super awesome owner came back to help me get them! Told me not to worry, everyone would sleep better tonight! Amazing!
DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS. They have ruined two designer jackets and take no responsibility. I asked for them to cover buttons on a suit and all the color came off them - they said they would replace them but they PAINTED them! A jacket from Ted Baker cost $385 and they took all the color out of it and said it was the way the fabric was meant to be! They eventually agreed after a lot of arguments to give me a cash compensation which didn't cover a new jacket and most recently my white linen jacket from Alice and Olivia which cost $475 is completely ruined. The folds on the cuffs show the white but the rest of the jacket is cream and the fabric is like cardboard. The managers response - nothing I can do. They are unhelpful, rude and an incompetent staff of drycleaners. DO NOT RISK TAKING YOUR GARMENT THERE - THIS COMPANY IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND TOTALLY INCOMPETENT AND DO NOT TAKE CARE OF ANY OF YOUR CLOTHES.....BEWARE!!!!!!
Had a terrible experience at this business that I'd been patronizing for quite some time. I left two fairly expensive dress shirts to be dry cleaned. When I arrived to pick up my shirts, both had brown spots which looked like rust stains on them. I alerted the counter person and she marked the shirts and promised to re-do them. The next day when I came to claim my garments, the stains were still there. The cleaners re-cleaned my shirts several times and the stains never came out. It took me more than two weeks to make contact with owner/operator Tim Duong (832-761-5536). Mr. Duong advised me that there was nothing that he could do about the issue, told me to do whatever I wanted and advised me that he would not replace my clothing. This business has lost a regular customer and I would suggest that anyone who doesn't want some of the same terrible service to go elsewhere.
Wonderful cleaners. Get all my pieces back clean and on time and with a smile- what more could I ask for.
TERRIBLE customer service, they lose clothing, won't own up to it, the owner is dismissive and very disrespectful to women. I can't even repeat what he said to me! DO NOT PATRONIZE!
