Air Conditioning Service Repair in Spring, TX

Bryan insulted me and my intelligence several times yesterday and then had the audacity to storm into my home and chew me out again today in front of my parents and my children. On top of it all I found it very unprofessional that Bryan told me yesterday that he wanted to send his 'top installer' Richard to do the work for me but that Richard was working in Austin today and that he would have to send his second best installer out to me instead. But you never even contacted me today and spoke to me directly to find out what all he said and did or didn’t do in my home. I sincerely hope that you do not let a man treat your wife, sisters, daughters or granddaughters like this because as a woman myself, this was flat wrong and very unprofessional of Bryan. As a Business Owner you should know that sometimes the Customers are still right and I deserve an apology for your employee treating me like this in my own home and then you calling my dad a liar when he tried to reach out to you in regards to it all. But today because I didn’t want to be chewed out by Bryan anymore, Karl cancelled the entire job on me and said he would NEVER HELP ME now. On top of that, Bryan ordered all of the wrong stuff to even help me get my new coil installed today and yet Karl, the owner of Air National didn’t even bother to contact me to apologize for my missing 2 days of work now for nothing. As the Business Owner you aren’t even taking responsibility for your own employee, Bryan’s mistake on ordering the incorrect equipment, you just cancelled the job entirely because you didn’t care about your customer at all. Your employee, Bryan, was very disrespectful to me, chewed me out in front of my parents and my kids, ordered the wrong stuff to install and then you called my dad a liar. Professionalism, Courteous Business and Excellent Customer Service still go along way in 2018, it’s just too bad Karl nor Bryan knows that!!!

Our air conditioning went out on Sunday; we called them and left a message and did not expect to hear from anyone until Monday. To our surprise they called back on Sunday and said they would have someone out to the house the next morning. After a thorough review of our system they recommended that we replace both the air system and the heating system; our unit was old (still used Freon) and could not be repair; there were several leaks also. The price was not too bad so we agreed to replace both systems. They would have installed the next day, but we were going to be out of town. They came out on Wednesday and had the air conditioning cooling the house by Noon. I would recommend them to anyone who has an air conditioning need; especially when the outside temp is in the 90's and 100's!! The fast service was very much appreciated.

We've been with the Frith family business for 17 years. They have taken care of our home " built in the 70s" with preventative maintenance checks on a seasonal scheduale. They have always given us a good rate and informed us the problem and needed repairs or replacement. They have kept the units working efficiency. We are senior citizen and veteran. We highly recommend their prompt and dependable service. The Mason family.

You WILL NOT find a better HVAC company out there. Whether it's is service, maintenance, or installation; Customer Service is always the priority. You need to put Prestige in your phone NOW as your "goto" company for HVAC service.

ALWAYS my go-to guy for any AC or heat issues. Jim is an honest man and is very responsive to any requests for work. I've recommended him to friends and they've always been pleased.

We have been using this business for over 35 years. They are always prompt, dependable and on time with their appointments. They always provide competent, professional work at a very fair price. With having them maintain our systems twice a year, we have never had any major issues with either our heat or air units.
