I don't often take the time to acknowledge positive experiences but in this case I absolutely must!



I am a single woman who has never purchased a car in her life by herself and I have bad credit. So naturally I was petrified to go on my own to search for a vehicle.



After searching online for quite some time I found a Red Audi Cabriolet Convertible at a price listed at $1,000 below the car.com fair pricing information.

I first contacted Abe via email and he was amazing. He was quick to respond, answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable enough to come in for a test drive.



When I got there I was greeted with respect and politeness. Abe immediately put me at ease. We went for a test drive. As we drove Abe helped me understand all aspects of the vehicle even pointing out minor imperfections that I would have missed and actually still can't see. When we got back he sat down and went over the carfax report with me in detail. We ran all of the checks on the car as well. He was amazing in the fact that we never discussed anything but the car I was interested in until I was satisfied that I had selected the right car in the right price range for me.



He then explained the financing to me in great detail so I was comfortable with everything. Abe gave me a list of the items I would need to bring with me for financing "should I want them to assist". He did help secure financing for me at a monthly rate that I was comfortable with and that would work in my budget. Not one time did I feel like I was being rushed nor did I ever think any of my questions were dumb.



I drove into the dealership driving a 1991 Honda Accord with no a/c and a dent in the front. They gave me $1,500 on it to enable me to acquire financing at the monthly rate I needed. I was thrilled as Car Max offered only $800.

Once the financing was set and I was ready to leave...Abe said to me.."if there is anything you ever need done on the car in the future you just come to me and I will arrange for you to have the work done at cost".



So now I have to ask you...when was the last time you left a car dealership after hugging the person who helped you?



I not only had a wonderful experience, I left that day with a new car and a new friend. I will never buy a car from anyone else.

This place is the definition of unprofessional. To start of the put their cars in autotrader.com, and the car is not even ready to be sold!



I showed up for asking for the car, which they don't even have in the lot. "It was being fixes at the shop", that's what they kept telling me. So I waited for almost! 3 weeks. I was giving 3k down and I had already given them 500 so that they wouldn't sell it to someone else.

And every time I would call to ask about it, they were so rude! Extremely rude!.

On top of that you can't understand most of the stuff they tell you because their English is terrible.

This is my second time every buying a car. I found these big dealerships to be very pushy. Each one I went to the sales guys gave me the same speech on different cars. They never really listened to anything that I had to say. I realy truly felt that they thought that beacuse Im a woman I would know any better................ THEN I FOUND F1 AUTO GROUP ! THANK GOD !! I happened to be driving by and I noticed a nice selection of cars on their lot. They where so nice and helpful. I didnt felt like I was being pushed around. They took the time to answer all my questions. They where so patient with me. I will never again go to a large dealership. I now know I prefer small family owned ones. They do treat you like family.

Thank you F1 Auto Group for my car... this is the type of place I would recommend to a friend and a place that I would give my repeat business to.
