I dont know about this company specifically , but my car broke down over 120 miles from home and three men from this company tried to get my car started again. They were very polite, professional and offered me assistance when they did not have to do so!! If they are this kind to a stranger they aren't even working for, I have no doubt they are a great company to hire since they really care about people!,
I made a request to your Conway office. A substation in or near Cleveland Ar. has been shut down. I asked for some corrugated tile,well used, be donated to a Christian Youth Center. I was doubtful but i just asked. You are a company involved with the community. I called the Conway office. The receptionist was very nice. She put me on hold while sending me to another person. I left him my name,number, and what i wanted. He or she would not return my call.I am not very wealthy or knowledgeable . I live in Perryville Ar. I am Bruce Adams,number 1-501-733-8141. The camp is Ozark Conference Center,Camp Solgohachia, Solgohachia Ar. I put my pants on every day like everyone. Even no is the answer, i thing it is ashamed to be overlooked. The company is terrible and the boss is the RUDEST person ever!!!!First, the price jumped from the estimation of $75 to the final charge of $250 after service. The worst, the boss is the rudest person I have ever met. Seriously, she argue in a very rude tone and insult the customer on the phone. I was shocked by such behavior with high degree of unprofessionalism. Strongly not recommended!
Hired Mike to replace all the sheetrock in a bathroom which was destroyed by a hot water heater above. Quality of work is great, and he held 100% to the price he quoted just from seeing a couple pictures I sent from my phone. Also showed up on time both days he was out. Good to go.
I am very glad to find Tri-Eagle,electricity rates are going up so fast and i was able to find a 3 YEAR fixed rate for 10 kilowatt...Rates are 12 % everywhere i have looked(for the 3 year fixed deals),this is a good deal to me considering 3 years from now you know the rates will be much higher. I am paying with a debit card online so i don't foresee any problems in the future.I notice most complaints were customers paying with cash or check. If i do run into any problems in the future i will update... You can also go to RETAILMENOT and get coupon codes that will save you more money.
Mike Sullivan purposely deceived me and completely ignored my instructions. He took advantage of my wife and gave her a contract that did not adhere to the scope of work I laid out in detail for him. He tried to patch up rotten boards and pass them off as replaced and repaired. None of the work he performed was correct or to industry standards. I had to pay another contractor to completely re do his work.
Absolutely incredible what We Power Texas did for my business. TRUST THESE GUYS! I was previously with Reliant and now am saving over 30%. They were VERY helpful and made the process very easy. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR BUSINESSI called tri eagle energy today because i noticed they have increased my bill by over $150(I had a $300 bill for a 1500 sqft home.) Lets start off by saying if u have any issues with your bill do not press the number that states that you are having issues with your bill you will be left on hold for over 30 minutes!!!!! Press the new service button they will answer in less than 30 seconds... NOW here is where you will wish you would have never called this horrible company. All this company wants is money and they do not care about any of there customers whatsoever. (THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS) I pay my bill online so i did not no my contract was coming up. so when it did expire they doubled my RATE!!!!!! Now I have a $300 bill, they have also refused me the right to speak with there supervisor as well as refuse to help me with the bill if i sign a new contract.... This company is a big joke and a scam I am turning my bill over to my attorney if they don't not lower it to make it feasible to pay.....
