Should have walked out, as both employees (clerk and what I believe was a manager) began making fun of another customer right in front of us. Nevertheless, I left a dress to be cleaned and a jacket to be mended. WEEKS passed and no call from them. I finally stopped in and found that they were going to charge me for mending my jacket, which they had never touched. There is a very obvious broken seam on the arm - how they tagged it as finished with the charge of the mend is beyond me. Honestly, I'm not even sure that my dress was in fact cleaned. I will NEVER return and I will steer others away as well.

I like the fact that they don't put a crease down the top of the dress shirt sleeve.

I also like that they run specials on dry cleaning.

Now, if they would just run specials on laundering dress shirts!
