Rude and manipulative. If you plan to get new lenses for your existing frames, be prepared to sign a waiver that states they can break your frames with impunity. Not only was their optician rude, everything he said and did was meant to manipulate me into purchasing frames there. That might not be so bad if there was a single pair of frames I would want to wear, but their selection is just dismal. Also, if for some reason you feel compelled to do business with them, make an extra copy of your prescription first. They took mine and when I asked them to make a copy, they refused. Finally, they knew I was buying these lenses out of my flexible spending account, but I had to ASK for a receipt. If I hadn't been so worn out from my work week, I would have gathered up my stuff and left when that stupid waiver came out. But I figured it out by the time I got home and stopped payment on the check and cancelled my order first thing Monday. Too bad they don't have negative stars!
