We offer design and build services for most residential needs. Our home is often the largest financial investment we will make, proper planning and quality implementation will save money in the long term and create a better living environment. The building codes of today are evolving for good reasons. The environment we live in can make us sick. We strive to create a safe environment during all stages of construction and especially when we leave. Current methods of building often focus on cutting costs and the speed of completion; this method is attractive but it creates the perfect storm for long term problems. Every site is different and no method of construction is perfect or should always be used. Please do your homework; one of the biggest mistake homeowners often make is assuming their contractor or builder truly understands how a building should function or that they will be able to catch any errors made by others.
