Geico

Its been over 4 months on my claim. still no help from my insurance Geico. The other guys insurance called me to see if i needed any help paying for repairs. Do not buy insurance from Geico they wont even help you. Now i have to get an attorney. this company is a joke.

I told my current insurance carrier (in which I paid about $130.00 a month) to cancel my insurance policy on the 15th of August (Sunday), so I called an insurance company that I had got a quote from (quote was $115.00 a month) to change over my current insurance policy on Thursday....no call back...called them Friday, they had already closed~checked my answering machine no one called back, so I got on their website..I emailed the owner of the company and told her what was going on and that I needed someone to contact me so that I could get my policy started~no emails returned. There I was, on a Saturday...so I started calling companies...no answers (it was the weekend after all) except for one major company that quoted me $222 a month. Needless to say, I did not go with that company. So I kept calling, and I got someone to pick up when I called Geico. The receptionist was very friendly and helpfull and said that I would be contacted shortly. I was worried and the clock was ticking, my insurance was going to be canceled the next day and I really didn't want to pay $222.00 to keep my insurance active until I could find someone with a better rate. In not much time I got a call from Dan. Very friendly!! Great Customer Service!! and my quote....$82.00 a month!!!!!!!

Even though I had to go through alot to get an insurance policy, (before I talked to Dan)..... He really made it worth my while.
