This is a terrible pharmacy. I will never use it again. I got a message saying that my prescription was ready so I came in and they said that they didn't have a prescription for me and that they didn't even have an order put in. Then the girl told me it was probably a call for a medication for my son. Which I do not have any children!!! Then she said that they had not filled anything for me since last year when I had just refilled a medication last month. Really good book keeping. Then I left and literally got a call two minutes later with a message stating it was ready and I called back and they said that it is an automated msg so its not right, it calls from a corporate office. Are you kidding me?



Then I didn't hear back from them and so I called a week later and spoke to someone who said that it ready. I asked when it would be ready and then she says, well we don't have any orders for you. Then why would you say it wasn't ready yet?! Then she said the medication was back ordered and it could be weeks or months before they get it so call in every week to see, I asked if they could just let me know when it was ready so I don't have to keep calling in, and they said no.



I just got a call two months later stating it was ready. I spoke to someone to confirm it was ready due to my previous experience and she said yes its ready, and no it was never back ordered I don't know what you're talking about. And it looks like you haven't filled it since last year. Really?



Good thing this wasn't something I crucial for my day to day health.
