Nicks Handmade Boots

First I drove eight hours round trip to order a custom pair of boots and to be measured & fitted witch took and hour and a half. Finally after three months and already paying around $600 I made a call to them, And they had forgotten to even start on my boots. after countless phone conversations and months of hassle they wanted to refund my money and forget about me, but agreed after some arm twisting to make my boots. They finally after seven months finished my pair of boots in witch I drove another eight hours round trip to pick up. They did not fit any where close to my size, they refused to resize or make the right sized boots agin and just refunded my money to get me out of there hair. Overall It was a very poor experience, They had poor customer service, I found them to be very deceptive an not forth right with the customers. I personally would never recommend to any family or friends as well as any one who values quality services that they go threw any of the hassle I did with this boot company.
