        AAmerican Cleaning Bob's has been serving the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene areas since 1948. We are locally owned and buy local whenever possible.Our business has been an IICRC Certified Firm since 1981 and uses IICRC Certified Technicians, in fact we have two Master Cleaners on staff. Our cleaning is the hot water, truckmounted extraction method which is recommended by the major carpet manufacturers such as Shaw, Mohawk and Beaulieu. When our technicians come into your home they will do a walk through with you to determine your cleaning needs and note any areas of concern. We provide pre-vacuuming, moving of the sofas, chairs, tables and in some instances beds that are on wheels or coasters and small dressers -ask the technician about the details on these items. We ask that you move breakables, such as lamps and antiques to an area not being cleaned. Our technicians have been educated in the services we provide and must maintain their certifications in order to work for us. They will arrive at your home dressed in company uniforms, a well marked company vehicle with identification. They have the products on their trucks that are required to do your job properly. While we do require them to tell you about all of our services that may pertain to your home their #1 reason they are in your home and they will not spending that time trying to get you to spend more money and doing a sloppy job as a result.Our company is recommended by many furniture and carpet stores in addition to decorators, realtors and of course our happy clients that our the best advertising a business can have. 65 years in business has established the trust and quality that you expect when we come into your home.
