Limited Liability Companies

Sarah Haack earned her bachelor’s degree from Augustana University in 2014 and her law degree from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2019. She joined Cornwall, Avery, Bjornstad, and Scott in September 2019. Sarah primarily focuses on real estate, probate, trust and estates, and estate planning.
Wills
His areas of practice include: medical malpractice, personal injury, employment issues, product liability, will contests, toxic torts, contract problems and divorces. Eighty percent of Steve’s time is involved with civil litigation within the Iowa State Court and Iowa Federal Courts and appeals to the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals. In the many years of practice, his cases have involved will contests, medical malpractice, personal injuries from a variety of accidents, civil rights, and employment disputes, toxic torts, contract issues and defective products resulting with a loss.
Trusts
The transactional practice is not only an extensive real estate and title practice, but has an emphasis in trusts and estates. In addition, corporate and contract matters, along with some elder law issues, keep this section busy.
