And DO NOT charge for OUR time to GET to or from your location to OUR base of operations. HOW we DO this is we require a minimum booking charge based on the pick UP locations distance from OUR base. For example. 400 miles from OUR base simply requires a minimum booking charge of 10 hours. This means that YOU will PAY for a minimum of 10 hours of service. But DO NOT need to USE the entire 10 hours. It was OUR companies intent to make it more feasible for customers in distant locations. To USE OUR services. And to NOT gouge the customers by charging them for the time we are traveling to or from the service location. This Also gives more options to customers in which ALL transportation services are booked in the given city. Hess limousine provides alcohol. For a charge to customers. Customers are Also welcome to Bring ANY beverages they wish in ANY of OUR vehicles. We are fully licensed and legal to have beverages in OUR service vehicles.
