They refused to honor their BUY 5 GET ONE FREE OIL CHANGE. I had 2 separate cards with 3 punches each and the guy that checked me out refused to combine the cards. I had left my card at home once so they gave me another card and said they can combine them.. But that guy absolutely refused. He also said the computer showed we had only been there 3 times... We have been customers for 4 years. So I came home and got my bank statements together to prove we have been there more than 3 times.... RIDICULOUS... I want a refund and will NEVER go back
