Coulee Region Adult Day Center is an adult care facility with locations in Onalaska and Sparta, WI. We serve adults with all levels of disabilities as well elderly individuals. We have a range of services, from an adult day care center to respite care that provides 24/7 accommodation and care options. We also can provide in-home care and shower services.
