Rogue Golf Club

Although you won't find Tiger Woods playing here, this course is great fun because it is short, well maintained, scenic and extremely affordable. Probably it's greatest attraction are the discount prices if you're an early bird tee time. Last year, my neighbor and I teed off between 7:30 and 8:00am, paying $14 for 18 holes and an electric cart. Never did we get there at that hour and find the course empty. There are lots of early golfers and the price is great. The course is also very scenic, well maintained and offers challenging greens. The staff is there to accomodate and I can't say enough about how enjoyable it is. Unlike short courses like Indian Trails, the Rogue has marshals that make sure play moves at appropriate speeds and the likelihood of finding a parent on the course with their 10 year old and 8 year old, taking 12-15 shots to get to the green, not waiving faster players through, is highly UNlikely. Give it a try...you'll like it.
