Silver State Forklift

I had called Silver State Forklift on a Friday afternoon around 3:30 pm even though they closed at 4:00pm Doug was willing to come out and look at my lift and fix it there on site if possible. He was at the shop withing 10 minutes, looked at the lift and told then told me that the lift would have to be taken back to the shop to do some repairs that could not be done on site. He offered to go and pick up a lift that they had for rent so that I would be able to unload the truck that we were expecting the next day. Not only was Doug professional he was also very knowledgeable about the lift and the problems that were going on. I would highly recommend Doug and his team, quick response time, very respectful and easy to work with. If Doug can't go to the site himself he will send another person out to look at the lift. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE that wants quality work done right the first time.

i called and had to have my lift up and running for a order coming in and they showed up fast and fixed it right the first time, i highly recomend doung and his shop to anyone looking for forklift repair
