Had to give them 1 star because there was nothing lower. Non reputable company. Ordered a rifle bag online they claimed they had 99 in stock. Was never shipped, they gave me a tracking number verbally and told me it shipped, FedEx tracking said otherwise. I called Amex and reported them for fraud, then emailed them and told CJ to go F herself. The response email they sent was to refund my charge and in the letter it said the bag was back ordered. Fellow sportsmen and women, save your time and money, and don't buy from this fraudulent company.

Where is my order? Why don't they communicate?

Placed my big order January 29, 2013. It's now August 14, 2013 and still nothing. That's over 6 months! I have emailed, called asked if we can change anything to the help expedite....…nothing has been done. They are nice enough when I call, but I just need my ammo.

I've had nothing but problems: 

1. I ordered 1000 rds of 9mm on 8/4/13, was assured it was in stock and shipping 8/5/13 , they even issued a FedEx tracking number, by the following Wednesday 8/7/13 not only not shipped but the girl on phone said they had only gotten 10 pallets of 27



That means they are taking orders for ammo they don't even have in warehouse, likely because they use the funds to secure their purchases then wait for their shipment... Here they probably only had enough resources to pay for 10 pallets.... Shoddy at best,, unscrupulous at worst



2. After the above I asked to just exchange for a different product, they couldn't just cancel my original and charge me the difference, they charged me again for the new product order and cancelled the original with the promise of a refund within 24 hours, actually took 72, again, shoddy and suspect business practice.



3. The second order placed on Wednesday 8/7/13 was promised by phone, on two separate calls to be shipped Thursday morning 8/8/13.. As of Friday morning 8/9/13 no order shipped yet despite a "shipping label and tracking number " generated 8/7/13. A phone call generate the same lax comments and lack of concern with a promise it would show up with FedEx by day's end and certainly by Saturday ... Here it is 8/11/13 and still no FedEx acknowledgment or pickup.... Unusual for FedEx ...



4. When I go to my profile on the website there is no record of my purchase ( except for the charge on my card statement) and on the product review page my rating comment of 3 stars indicating shipping problems is gone, removed , in fact no ratings under 4 stars exist... Really highly suspect for any business,,, 



I am still waiting to see if I receive my order or not , I have a low threshold to cancel at this point and doubt I will ever do business with them again... Very por customer support form these guys..

Thank you very much for not price gouging like some of the other sights are that have ammo. I refuse to buy from those sites and will remember when this shortage is over what they did and will not buy from them in the future even if they have lower prices at that time. I will remain loyal to sites like yours who don't take advantage of us now.

I ordered a bulk quantity of a brand name imported ammunition. The package was shipped and received in a timely fashion. However, what I received, was a generic version of the brand name. Other web sites selling the generic ammo, clearly label them as generic, as well as show an accurate photo. My shipping order clearly designates the brand name. I called the company, and customer service transferred me to a man that did not identify himself. As I was explaining the issue, he interrupted me saying that I got what I ordered, and that was that, then hung up. So I called back, got him on the phone again, and asked him name, and why he would do that to a customer? His answer, "My name is, Doug and you're not a customer, as far as I am concerned, thanks for your money @$%@%" Then hung up again. Doug Delmic? The owner maybe?



Stay far away from this company. There are plenty of others.

I placed an order for 768.48 o...

I placed an order for $768.48 on January 19th, I understand there is an Ammo shortage and it could take some time however the ammo (357 Mag, 38 special and two types of 12 gauge) ordered was listed as in stock and and all of it was still listed and sold as in stock 2 weeks later. Four weeks after my purchase their website stated that they were shipping orders places January 13-19th, So I was excited that I would be recieving my order soon. A week later their website updated to saying that they were shipping orders placed in February. I called them 5 weeks after I had placed the order and was told all of the items that I had ordered were on back order. So I asked how can this be seeing as all four of the items I ordered had been still listed as in stock two weeks after I had placed my order and two of the items that I ordered still have an instock status on their web page. I was told that that was a mistake.



On March 6th, six weeks after I placed my order I recieved two emails form TargetSportsUSA thanking me for my recient purchase and asking me to rate the products that I recieved, wait a minute I have not recieved anything! So I call them and they state that that was an computer error and to disreguard the email. Two weeks later I sent them an email asking for a status update and recieved nothing back.



It is now April 3rd, I called them again on monday April 1st and asked about the status of my order and the person at the other end took my phone number and stated that she would have Doug call me back (in an hour when her returned) about my order I recieved no call. So on tuesday I went back to the thank you for your purchase email and rated all four of the products that I ordered but had not recieved as 1 star due to poor customer service. This is the good part, later that day i go back to their website to look at my reviews again and someone at TargetSportsUSA had went in and removed all of my comments but, yes but, took the time to change my 1 star to 5 stars. So Buyer beware, if they have terrible customer service and are willing to go in and change the reviews that people place it states alot about a company and thier policies!!

I ordered $300 worth of ammo -- Hornady .40 175 Grain Critical Duty to be precise -- on January 4, 2013 and received email confirmation and an order number. I knew the entire ammo market was in damage-control mode at the time, so I gave them over a full month before contacting them looking for an update. They said my order would ship in 2-3 weeks from that point, so I acquiesced and waited another month. I contacted them around mid-March and they said it should ship next week. Again, I waited until today -- April 2, 2012 -- to contact them. Now it's "backordered" and they will contact me when it gets there. I have never received a single status update email, etc, from them, just the original order email and... silence! When I call it is clearly an inconvenience to them, as they make no attempt to hide their disdain even though I remain courteous.



I am a principal in a small online business as well. Were we to treat our customers with the level of neglect and disdain that Target Sports USA does theirs, we would be out of business, and deservedly so.



I am one of those who actually enjoys writing favorable reviews for companies that provide a positive buying experience. I am not a big fan of axe-grinding as it can easily damage a reputation where it might just be a misunderstanding or the occasional hiccup. However, there is a clear trend with TSUSA that has manifested itself over the long term, and many negative reviews.



In short, Target Sports USA does not deserve your business as they have demonstrated their lack of ability to support the customers they already have. GRADE = FAIL.

After having spent a few minutes researching TARGET SPORTS USA online, only a fool would order from them. I wish I had done so before I ordered ammunition from them.



In attempting to order bulk ammunition from TARGET SPORTS USA, I called BEFORE I placed my order online and was told that the item I wanted was IN STOCK, so I placed my order. After a couple weeks of waiting, I called again to make sure my item was actually in stock. Again, I was told that my item was IN STOCK and that it was just taking time to process their large volume of orders. Now, over 2 MONTHS after having placed my order, I called and was told my item is backordered with no release date. It was obviously NEVER IN STOCK to begin with. The person I spoke to this time, BRITTANY, was very snotty and rude from the beginning of the call. BRITTANY said she is the customer service manager, yet she provided about the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. She refused access to, or to identify her supervisor, saying she does not have a supervisor. Now, over 2 months AFTER VERIFYING STOCK, THEN PLACING MY ORDER, it is going to be far more difficult to find this ammunition than it would have been 2 months ago when I placed the order.



THIS COMPANY OBVIOUSLY DECEIVES CUSTOMERS AS A MATTER OF PRACTICE. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

Placed order on 08/28/2012. Credit card was hit for full charges on 08/28/2012. Was told it was in process and due to ship on 08/31/2012.

Called them on 08/31/2012 and requested tracking number for parcel and was told that they were in the process of changing from UPS to FEDEX and could not locate order information. Now do not forget that they were able to remember to place charges on CC on 8/28/2012. Called again on 09/04/2012 and was told by another employee in shipping that they were changing from FEDEX to UPS and they were having trouble locating tracking number.Called again on 09/05/212 and was given a tracking number for FEDEX and went to track and no record found. It is obvious how they are running there business,off the credit cards of there customers with long delays in shipping. They do not have to front any money this way. I will not do business with a company that places charges in advance of shipping order.I would avoid this merchant. I can't wait to see what I get.

The ammo is fine, this company is not. I ordered 1000 rounds for free delivery but they warn you if you do not purchase "insurance" that they will not be responsible for lost shipments. I don’t remember the last time the recipient was responsible for the delivery of the sender’s product. I choose not to add the $4.75 insurance and it was delivered with no problem. Except for the amount of time it took to receive the product. I ordered the ammo on July 25th and received the order on August 9th. They say there will be a 2-3 day delay due to high volume but to wait 15 days...Will not do business with this company again

I recently bought a Walther P22 which can be very finicky with ammo. I am glad to say that my Walther loves this ammunition. Very clean, accurate and no problems with FTF or FTE. Not only was the price excellent but they actually delivered a day early! I will be buying all my ammo and supplies from Target Sports USA! I am a very satisfied customer

Awful Service!!! I will never buy an ammo from this people again. They do not have a half of the stuff that they advertised. They will not tell you that until your order is shipped .They will ship you a partially filled order without even bothering to tell you that. When you call and ask why they did not tell you that your order can not be filled they will tell you" IT is because we not considering you as a costumer , if you do not like that then buy your ammo somewhere else" they have a Two tooth Hill Billy for a manager who does not have a clue how to run a business. took them 7 days to ship the partially filled order after receiving a full payment. shipping charges killed all advantages of the "low" prices. Too much hassle . You will be better off with your local retailer. By the way. TargetSportUSA.com and Discount Ammo sale.com are the same company running out the same shop by the same idiots. do not be deceived.
