The doctor is always knowledgeable, 'present', open to any questions and the time it takes to make sure you are completely at ease with his answers the procedure.

I am very pleased so far that I have chosen to be under the care of Dr. Lach. After my own experiences with other doctors, I knew Dr.Lach was a more progressive and up to date professional in dealing with men suffering from low T. He sat down with me and reviewed my lab work explaining any abnormal results. He then discussed how I could be treated to reverse theses deficiencies. After about 7 weeks following his protocol I can honestly say I am starting to feel much better in so many ways. His staff is very responsive, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any of my questions. Unlike waiting for days to get a response, from like most doctors offices, I always get an immediate response by either email or via phone.

Dr. Lach is a wonderful and caring doctor. I have visited him for various procedures and my results have always been excellent. He is genuinely concerned about the patients needs and always follows up afterwards. I would highly recommend Dr. Lach.

Dr. Lach has been very attentive to my needs as a middle-aged, Type 1 diabetic, who has experienced issues with Low testosterone. His expertise has dramatically changed my life for the better.

I saw Dr Lach for the first time recently. I have been experiencing low energy levels and have had a difficult time performing in the bedroom for the last two years now. I tested low last year (300) but my Dr wanted to hold off on prescribing anything for a year to see where it went from there. After doing some research I located this facility. Between blood testing and the actual consult I was in and out within 45 minutes. Staff was very courteous and Dr Lach was extremely informative on some of the potential benefits of TRT, should my test results reveal my levels are indeed low still. I was told I should have my blood results by the end of the week. I am looking forward to getting out ahead of this thing once and for all. These guys truly know what they are doing and I recommend anyone suffering from low testosterone to make an apt.

On several occasions I had asked for detailed treatment information and the staff responded quickly with the correct information.
