The Southampton Gym is the newest of the Hamptons Gym Corp facilities, opening its doors in 2009. An extensive renovation of the former Omni Health and Racquet Club, yielded HGCs largest location, providing 21,000 sq. ft. of workout space. The Southampton Gym is our most modern location, featuring an Olympic Squat Rack, Assault Airbikes, an Assault AirRunner, as well as Precor, Cybex, and Hammer Strength equipment.
