Beware of these furniture dealers. Do your research before buying. This store had a store closing sale in Avon. The event was supposed to be a huge store close -out. We bought a couch, which was a floor sample, during the sale for $1264 including tax and shipping. We were told by the rep that this retail price for this couch was at least $2000, and that we were getting a great deal. After the couch was delivered home, however, we found out that this was a Klaussner Living Room Hero Sofa K6600 and we would have got the same couch NEW online for hundreds of dollars less from http://www.sofasandsectionals.com/sofas/klaussner-stationary-sofas/klaussner-hero-k6600, http://www.warehousedirectusa.com/product/KL-K6600S/Klaussner-Hero-Sofa-in-Solo-Natural-Fabric.html and many other sites. When I called the store, they basically said that nothing could be done. The least they could have done was to match up to the least price available online. So the lesson learnt here is - Never go to this store again and do all your research before buying from dealers.
